RETURNS

Ex Voto Boutique aims to ensure complete customer satisfaction by offering them the option to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. Returns must be made at the customer's expense and responsibility within 30 days of delivery and only if the returned items are intact and unused.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To send to Ex Voto Boutique one or more returns, the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:
A) - All items for sale on the site Ex Voto Boutique items are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the item using a disposable security seal with the logo Ex Voto Boutique . The item must be tried on without removing the tag or tampering with the warranty seal. Returns will only be accepted if the security seal is perfectly intact, which may be a plastic seal with its thread or, in the case of some shoes, a label placed on the sole. Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances if the security seal is cut, broken, detached, removed, or tampered with.
B) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) - Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be appropriately packaged and wrapped.
D) - All other labels on the item, whether fabric or hanging, must be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item.
E) - The goods to be returned must be physically delivered exclusively to the Express Courier within and no later than 30 days from the delivery date.
F) - The Customer who wishes to exchange a size, color or item must complete the return procedure and place a new order on the Ex Voto Boutique website.
G) - Returns of underwear and swimwear items will not be accepted.

H) - For orders placed from ITALY: the Customer MUST RETURN THE RECEIPT present in the packaging.


In case of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Ex Voto Boutique reserves the right to not accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

4.2 THE RETURN PROCEDURE

A) - To request a return authorization, the Customer must send a request to the address [contacts_email_returns] within 30 days of receiving the goods. The email must specify the codes of the items you wish to return. Once the return request has been received, customer service will Ex Voto Boutique will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
B - The shipping cost will be paid by the Customer.
Send the package to Ex Voto Boutique Shipping Office Via Carlo Poerio, 18/A Shipping is at the Customer's risk: Ex Voto Boutique Ex Voto Boutique is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delays in delivery. Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received, or in the same packaging method and type. Inside the package, the customer will find a label to seal the outer packaging, as a guarantee for the customer and Ex Voto Boutique against any tampering with the return.
All returned items will be inspected by Ex Voto Boutique staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the returns procedure. Ex Voto Boutique reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the resale of returned items. These amounts will be determined after evaluating the condition of the returned items and communicated to the Customer.

REIMBURSEMENT

If the return procedure has been completed correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming the return has been accepted. The refund will be made by crediting the customer's credit card (if the order was paid for by credit card) or by bank transfer.
