SHIPMENTS
Ex Voto Boutique ships to Italy and worldwide exclusively via DHL express courier. All merchandise shipped by Ex Voto Boutique is carefully packaged. Ex Voto Boutique will include an invoice with the shipment, detailing prices and discounts, even for sales.
FREE INSURANCE
Ex Voto Boutique is covered for all shipments by free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage. The insurance is valid until the goods are delivered.
ORDER FULFILMENT
All properly completed and paid orders will be processed within two business days: all shipments leave Ex Voto Boutique (Italy) only on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Tuesday.
TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE
Ex Voto Boutique offers its customers a trackable shipping service provided by DHL. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number provided by UPS, allowing them to check the status of their shipment at any time.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Shipments can be DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) shipping is available to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Spain), where VAT is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping is available to non-EU or non-Schengen countries, which are not subject to VAT on the purchase price. According to the regulations of these countries, customs fees may apply.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on the product's destination area. ITALY (DDP): Delivery is approximately expected within two days of shipment. EU European Countries (DDP): Delivery is approximately expected within three working days of shipment. Non-EU European Countries (DDU): Delivery is approximately expected within three working days of shipment. Rest of the World: Delivery is approximately expected within 5-7 days of shipment with Express Service.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Once the goods have been delivered, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery confirmation. If the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, the Customer can sign the delivery confirmation with reservations or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local UPS office and to Ex Voto Boutique by sending an email to our customer service. If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs required to return the package to Ex Voto Boutique will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Ex Voto Boutique at the Customer's expense. In this case, Ex Voto Boutique will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
