The offer and sale of products on the site Ex Voto Boutique are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.

How to purchase

Order confirmation
Upon completion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the product ordered, the amount to be paid, with details of the product price and shipping costs.

Bank transfer
The receipt of the bank transfer made must be sent to Ex Voto Boutique – by email – no later than 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the order.
We will send the ordered items once the amount due has been credited, which must occur within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order.
The exact bank details for making the transfer will be provided via email upon completion of the online order.
Send the transfer receipt via email to the address Ex Voto Boutique specifying in the subject: “Bank transfer receipt - order”.
Any other payment methods may be accepted solely at the discretion of Ex Voto Boutique . For further information and/or clarifications, you can send an email to Ex Voto Boutique. ordered products remain the property of Ex Voto Boutique until the relevant price has been fully collected.
Shipping information is provided at the time of purchase, is the responsibility of the customer, and is charged to your credit or debit card at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs
All purchases are delivered by courier GLS . We do not ship to PO boxes.
Shipping costs €5, except for promotions, where applicable, indicated on the website that provide free delivery.
